Learning your natural strengths and areas for improvement is a great way to kick off your journey in increasing your self-awareness. What are you naturally good at? Take the inventory to find out!

This simplified version of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator places you into 1 of 16 categories or “personality traits” based on the following aspects:
- Mind: how you interact with your surroundings
- Energy: how you see the world and process information
- Nature how you make decisions and cope with emotions
- Tactics: your approach to work, planning, and decision making
- Identity: underpins all others; how confident you are in your abilities and decisions.
Further, this test will tell you where your “personality type” falls in the following areas: strengths and weaknesses, romantic relationships, friendships, parenthood, career paths, and workplace habits.
Taken the MBTI or a similar test before? Take it again! Being that it’s based on your preferences, which can change over time, you might be surprised to find that your “personality” has changed.

An implicit bias is an attitude that affects our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. Basically, they are stereotypes that affect the way in which we interact with people and navigate certain topics, but they’re so ingrained in us that we do not know that they affect us…. Until we engage in self-awareness activities like this one!
There are over 25 different bias tests you can take to discover the different biases you may have. Some examples of the various tests offered include skin tone, weapons, gender, weight, disability, and religion.

Results: Your primary love language, what it means, and how you can use it to connect with others.
